Return & Exchange Policy

Items that are in unwashed, unaltered and unworn condition, returns will be accepted if the items are returned within 7 days of receipt (for both local and international orders). The return payment will be in the form of voucher from Trisha Fashion Gallery. Shipping cost for the return will be borne by the customer.

However, customers are advised to notify us at assist@trisha.com.my by quoting the order number and the product details.

Sale items and purchases made with discount coupons are non-returnable. Accessories are non-returnable too. If the item does not fit, you can always email us to exchange the item to another size, subject to our stock availability.
